Booking and Reservations
To book a stay at Mangamaunu Retreat, please follow the instructions on our booking page. Payment is made by secure bank deposit once your booking is confirmed. Confirmation of booking and payment will be sent via email.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 30 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15-29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation policy applies even if you cancel for illness or disruptions caused by COVID-19.
Pricing and Fees
All Prices listed on our website may vary based on season and availability. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices shown in our luxury wedding package are for example only and based on estimations and quotes current in May 2024. Prices for any of the included services will vary based on season and availability.
Pricing for add-ons to wedding packages are subject to change and subject to availability, pricing shown is an estimation only as of May 2024.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.
Notification of late check-ins due to travel times must be made 48 hours or more prior to check-in date.
Use of Services
Guests are expected to respect the property and other guests. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest responsible.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
Mangamaunu Retreat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
